  1. Well, doesn't everyone ask permission to enter.. Thats only manners I'd say. I used to have a plum tree at the side of my house. One season it was full of plumbs. Good! I could make jam and give much away to all the extended family members.. One day I came home from shopping to see a woman picking a big bag full of my plumbs. When I asked her what she was doing, she only said her father liked plumbs and so she was picking them. There was no, do you mind, nothing. I was livid. I told her that all she had to do was ask and I would have let her have them, but she shouldn't take without asking.
Some people would sue you for something they themselves would do. We now have fruit trees in our backyard and not accessible. But we give away rather than waste.

    1. Crystal Mary Hi.
People can be very rude, this farm belong to a church not the public and these new owners consider this ground to be Holy. I've been sworn at, had people pull guns on me, punched in the face, mocked and so on and so on.
You were completely justified in your reaction to someone who was violating your property. They had no right to help themselves to something they had not nurtured to the point of bearing fruit.
Bless you Crystal Mary and thanks for the visit, Geoff.
